Thermal - pressure - hydrolysis – efficient treatment of biological wastes for a subsequent anaerobic fermentation

By means of thermal-pressure-hydrolysis (TPH-method) biological waste material such as

  • food and kitchen waste,
  • slaughter waste,
  • animal by-products or
  • renewable resources

are hydrolyzed and sanitized at high pressure and high temperature.
By means of the TPH-method the anaerobic fermentation is stabilized and accelerated, the gas production is increased and the dewatering of the fermentation rest is improved.

In conncetion with the TPH-method we have a close cooperation with the research- and development center ATZ in Sulzbach/Rosenberg.  (mehr…)
