Crankcase cooler with forced cooling and re-cooling unit


Also this crankcase cooler is based on the principle of a tunnel cooler with special flowing nozzles.

By means of a conveying system, provided by the customer, the crankcases are brought to the unit in transport cups. With a converter there they are going to be distributed to 12 cooling conveying bands. On the other end of the cooler the crankcases of the 12 cooling conveying bands are re-combined again with a second converter. They are forwarded to the finishing lines. The complete cooler consists of two of these cooling units with 24 cooling sections in total. Additionally, the unit has a re-cooler for the cooling air, so that it can be driven in recirculated-air operation.
