Scheuchl decoring technologies work both as individual machines and combined in an assembly of several units. The following processes can be used:
- Mechanical decoring with pneumatic hammers (pre-decoring)
- Vibration decoring with vertical vibration direction, with and without rotation function (main decoring)
- Decoring by natural-frequency vibration (final decoring)
- Combined processes
Test plants for determining optimal process parameters are available. The company offers fast changeover and short cycle times for flexible customer requirements.
