Ensuring a fair working environment is an important concern for us.

Procedure and requirements

In order to be able to take precise and swift action, we ask you to describe your information in as much detail as possible. You will receive a response from us within the prescribed period.

Please note: This reporting office was established in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act and serves exclusively for reporting violations of laws, guidelines and our code of conduct.

Complaints about our products or the settling of personal disputes are out of place here. Furthermore, it is prohibited to knowingly submit reports containing untrue information.

Formulating specific information

Please describe your information as specifically as possible.

When formulating your information, please observe the following points:

Who is it about? Who is affected?
What happened? Description of the facts.
When did the incident take place?
How often did the incident occur?
Where did the incident take place?

Please bear in mind that people from outside the field must also be able to understand your report.

For this purpose, it is helpful if we can contact you with further questions. For this reason, we will not follow up on information received anonymously.
