As deputy master, you take on responsibility in the electrical field at R. Scheuchl GmbH – from instructing the team to quality assurance in special machine construction.
Your tasks
- Deputising for the head of the electrical department
- Technical instruction, support and motivation of the employees in the electrical field as well as training of the apprentices
- Ensuring a smooth and on-schedule manufacturing process
- Quality control and assurance taking into account standards and quality requirements, as well as their documentation
- Support with the commissioning of special machines in-house
What you bring
- Master electrician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in the installation of special machines
- Leadership experience in the electrical field an advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Pronounced organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and assertiveness
