IT & AI Specialist / In-house Developer (m/f/d)

We are an international family business from Lower Bavaria, successful in plant and mechanical engineering for over 60 years. Now we are expanding our IT further – with a clear focus on artificial intelligence. At R. Your tasks
- Develop and introduce AI applications – from the idea to the finished tool (automation, data analysis, MS 365)
- Build your own applications and automations with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini & Co.)
- Analyse and optimise business processes in production and administration – where can AI make life easier for us?
- Further develop and maintain our ERP system landscape and interfaces
- Help support on-premise and cloud IT as well as Microsoft 365
- Support colleagues and key users, run workshops and training sessions
What you bring
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and new technologies – ideally also private projects
- IT training, degree or comparable practical experience – career changers welcome
- Independent, hands-on approach and a desire to constantly learn something new
- Enjoy working with people – you help colleagues from all departments
- Good German skills, English an advantage
- Nice to have: programming (C#.NET, TypeScript, Java, Python) or databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
