R. Scheuchl GmbH builds special systems and machines for customers worldwide. As assembly manager, you plan and lead the assembly deployments at home and abroad.
Your tasks
- Planning, organisation and monitoring of national and international assembly deployments
- Technical leadership, coordination and instruction of in-house and external assembly teams at the customer's premises
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety and working-time regulations
- Communication with customers, project managers and internal departments
- Documentation and reporting of assembly and project progress
- Mechanical installation, commissioning and maintenance/repair of machines and systems at the plant and mainly at the customer's premises
- Technical problem-solving and fault diagnosis
What you bring
- Further training as a master craftsman or comparable desirable
- Professional experience in assembly and commissioning in plant or mechanical engineering
- Experience in leading assembly teams
- Willingness to travel worldwide and confident handling of international construction site situations
- Good knowledge of English
- Technical understanding, hands-on mentality and high problem-solving competence
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
