Crankcase Cooler with Forced Cooling and Recooling Unit

Reference project
The crankcase cooler works on the principle of a tunnel cooler with special impingement nozzles. These direct air onto the crankcase from various sides at specific angles and positions.
The crankcases are brought to the system in transport trays via a conveyor system and distributed by a transfer unit onto a total of 12 cooling conveyor belts. At the outlet they are regrouped by a second transfer unit and passed on to the following processing cells.
The entire system consists of two cooling units with a total of 24 cooling sections. The system can be operated in recirculated-air mode by means of an integrated recooler for the cooling air.
