R. Scheuchl GmbH realises complete systems in accordance with ATEX directives or SIL requirements, implementing customer-specific requirements such as the drying of pyrotechnic materials under the highest safety standards.
Technical specifications
- Air volume: 6,000 m³/h recirculated air
- Exhaust air rate: up to 3,000 m³/h
- Fresh air rate: 3,000 m³/h (mixed with recirculated air)
- Heat recovery: cross-flow heat exchanger to optimise energy efficiency
- Safety standards: all components designed for ATEX zone 2, safety level SIL 2
The system ensures that, after mixing recirculated air and fresh air, the concentration remains below the lower explosion limit.
