Robot-Guided Sawing with Circular Saws
Reference project
Due to its high flexibility and low cost, sawing with a robot-guided cut has proven itself.
Sawing operations can be realised for crankcases, cylinder heads and various other casting types.

- Sizes (saw blade diameter): 200 mm to 970 mm
- Drive power: 1.5 kW to 55 kW
- Casting types: crankcases (e.g. double casting 4-cylinder), cylinder heads and others
- Cuts: parting cuts, oversawing the combustion-chamber and crank-chamber side, sawing off gates, various fettling operations, notches for predetermined breaking points
- Loading/unloading: robot
- Return material transport: guide plates and vibrating conveyor trough
