Chip Cleaning for Castings

R. Scheuchl GmbH also offers special machines for cleaning castings of chips, sand and other residues.
Usually, chip cleaning is integrated into a roller conveyor. The casting reaches the fettling station via the roller conveyor and is lifted and fixed there. The cleaning process then takes place in three simultaneous stages: vibrating, rotating and blowing.
