Thermal/Oxidative - RTO or Catalytic

Reference project

In the oxidative cleaning of solvent-laden exhaust air, the solvents are converted into harmless substances by a thermal reaction. Heat, for example, can be recovered from the cleaned exhaust gas stream in order to optimise the energy balance.
Before combustion, two volume flows are combined:
- 2,500 m³/h with approximately 3,000 mg VOC/Nm³ directly from production
- 2,200 m³/h with approximately 410 mg VOC/Nm³ from the concentrator
Combustion is supported by a natural-gas-fired industrial burner.
