Many production areas generate large air volumes with low VOC concentrations. Concentration systems with zeolite rotors make it possible to reduce the exhaust air volume “by up to a factor of 35”. This makes it possible to convert the large but lightly loaded air stream into a more compact, concentrated stream. As a result, downstream cleaning systems become more efficient and energy-saving.

Unlike activated carbon systems, this continuous process works by a single desorption of the attached VOCs per rotor revolution by means of a hot air stream. For extremely strict clean-gas requirements – for example with carcinogens – multi-stage systems can be used.
