Concentration plants


Many production areas generate high volume flows with low VOC-concentrations. By means of a concentration plant (zeolite rotor) the waste air volume to be treated can be reduced by a factor of up to 35. This reduces the large but scantly polluted waste air stream into a smaller highly concentrated volume flow. Consequently, subsequent cleaning systems can be designed in a much more compact and energy efficient way.

Therefore, we are happy to offer our concentration plants in combination with one of our other recovery or combustion plants, to provide you with the best available solution to your problem.


In contrast to activated carbon systems, this is a continuous process in which accumulated VOCs are desorbed once per rotor revolution by a hot air flow. Multi-stage arrangements are also implemented to comply with extremely strict clean gas values, e.g., for carcinogenic substances.
