Thermal post-combustion plants
Thermal post-combustion systems (short: TNV) are mainly used when other systems are unsuitable due to technical aspects. These are for example siliceous waste air streams (e.g., HMDS) or waste air streams which contain CMR-substances and strict clean gas values apply. The plants can process very high solvent concentrations (5-9 g/Nm³) but have a comparatively low thermal efficiency.
In order to improve the economic efficiency of the process, we offer subsequent heat recovery systems in most cases.
