Adsorption

Special applications require the adsorption of solvents on activated carbon.

A volume flow of 6 x 200Bm³/h, which is loaded with 26kg etylacetat per hour in total, is cleaned in adsorber containers, loaded with activated carbon. The adsorber containers – also in redundant or multi-level design – are planned and manufactured according to ATEX-guidelines.

The process is two-stage, regeneration is done via water vapor. The clean gas contains less than 50 mgC/Nm³.

The delivery of the complete piping, energy supply and control technology – consisting of electric control cabinet, visualization and programming – are scope of our supply, too.
