Odor treatment for foundries

In foundries often odors arise, which are unpleasing, but which do not have any harmful characteristics. This frequently leads to complaints from the neighbors but the sophisticated technology of the R. Scheuchl GmbH makes it possible to treat exhaust air flows with volumes up to 160.000m³/h efficiently.

In the example as shown, there is an exhaust air volume of 160.000m³/h which is heavily loaded with unpleasingly smelling materials. This exhaust air is treated with SKH-anti odor media, so that the unpleasant odor is minimized. In order to spread the SKH-anti odor media evenly in the complete airflow, a treatment chamber is installed. In this treatment chamber the media is nebulized in the slowly passing by air. The efficiency of this process can also be proved at site with testing units.
